So...who was responsable? im assuming these gas mask guys aren't the first ones to throw waste there, and that was the main reason those mutants are roaming the streets, but who they work for?

Nobody knows where "The Affliction" came from, but I've been hiding hints here and there. I plan on tying off this loose end in an upcoming upload to give everyone a better understanding as to what they're actually delivering and who they work for. Stay tuned!
