I really love the texture of the scales and the shading, is like those (English for Tornasol) materials, is so magical
(Now that i think about it....i think mermaids is the sole reason why i dont so fishing, if i found an eldritch god or something like that i know what to do and how to act, but if i go to a trip fishing and i find a mermaid i....i simply wouldn't know what to do, and that scares me more than anything)

And YES! I feel the same way about them, tho I try to draw them anyway and explore my own fears to see what happens. It's an interesting experiment.
