I really recently learned to love more slow paced games and this more than anything really gets the vibes of "just sit around and wait" something closely related to fishing and everything just helps more to drive across that message, the lovely pixel art with those calm and pastel pinkish colors, the music that sounds like a lullaby, how the water moves and having the mountains in the background with the sun shining brightly, if that image was abailable as a poster i would buy the biggest one and put it on my ceiling just to see it and hear some nice chill music.
now about the programing and the mechanics, i love how everthing really is like those old GameBoy games, its easy to understand and satisfactory when you catch a new match, i had fun with this, really good work

Notes: i never figured out how to fly, i pressed everything but in the end i could not even pass the first level due to it, so far it seems good i like the pixel art and the animations are smooth, but i dont apparently i cant even play it porperly or my trashy keyboard is broken as fuck.
Edit: forget it i learned how, but its really 0 intuitive and really hard to pull off, at least for me
that doesnt mean i didt had fun playing, it really looks like an interesting mechanic, it just didt resonated well for me.
i say you did an amazing job with this each level has a lot of care put into them and none of the scenarios feel unfair, its just a matter of practice

Okay, i loved how it looked, from the very first moment with that paper motion intro and the super cute artstyle, the idea of backtraking and finding the solution to others problems to help you out is amazing and a staple of thse kinda games.
BUT
i had some problems with it, first off and something that cant be used in criticism, the music, there is none, at least i didnt heard anything after the title screen.
And the first minigame i tried, the spores thing was entretaining, i like those kinds of tasks, but the images of the spores didnt loades and the second time i tried to see if they loades it kinda crashed, i could not go back, then i reloaded and it kinda crashed, imma go and see if i can fix this, so please wait for my edits because i really want to try more of this game, i can clearly see how much work it went into it

I'm not sure why the music wouldn't work, although there have been quite a few comments about it not playing properly. Could you try to replicate the spore problem? Does it help if you refresh the page (instead of pressing Start after already completing the game)?

This was both fun and weird but i feel it needs more of a few things.
The art choice and the characters movements are good and all, is charming and easy to understand, i even liked a lot how going near the house makes it move for you to jump in it, but after that, watching the strange photoshoped creature at the realistic loking Guinea Pig level was bizarre, and even more the water level after it, i didnt knew where to go or what to do to go out of the water, i ended stuck there and only diying and going back to the other screen saved me.
The first level is good, but i also feel that its important to say InGame tha you can wall jump, maybe i lost it, but i didnt saw it anywhere, the boss battle was interesting and not really stressful, i also love the voice acting.
Overall i can see the passion put into this, i can see it has great ideas with the use of 2 characters, but it definetly needs more polishing

Thats was super fun to play, super smoth, the main character is adorable, the music in entretaining and overall a great experience.
there where som eproblems like how the drill sometimes will go no matter that you already hitted it or how it sometimes the momentum of the drill will be lost and suddenly gain it again after certain bounces.
Some of the power ups and downgrades make it really hard to play (damn you erratic drill) but thats part of the experience really.
this is a great game, although i may be saying it because ima breakout fan, but i had fun

Thanks for the review! I'm definitely going to tweak how the drill speed is influenced. Might have to lower the timer on lights out and erratic drill too, if they're becoming too much of an issue.

Okay, this is an awesome game, the animation of every character is super smooth, the backgrounds are lovely and very detailed, the main mechanic is simple, enjoyable and easy to learn, each level feels unique in its own way, the character design is really interesting and the ambience puzzles are simple in mechanic and rewarding to complete.
i dont know the whole story about the game yet, i haven't completed it (i got stuck and i need to rest a few minutes) but i can clearly see how much effor was put into this project, from the music to the level design, great work lads, and the main character is adorable, i would buy a pluhie of him.

EDIT: FOR THE WAIFUS.
before that, i have to mention something that i felt was the ONLY counter intuitive mechanic of the whole game: the burger and the long jump, i did not like that, at all, at first i thought that i had to jump again once i landed on the burger to jump higer and gain momentum, but nope, i had to do a tall jump and then land on the burger, that was the only thing that bothered me and why i couldn't pass that section for a good 20 minutes, and thats a shame because is way long before the chekpoint (and the waifu) i would like it more if i had a sign that explained it to me, thats all.
NOW FOR THE MAIN EVENT
WAIFUS, i love them, each one has a very marked personality archetype and their designs are lovely.

Fast Food Frenzy: she of course hates her job and its very rude, but you can see she must have some interesting hobbies that she would like to be doing instead of having to deal with white blobs with gun right next to a sewer, i bet that if you found her outside her job she would be a little nicer, its just the stress of having a low wage job what makes her bitter.

Holyday Hotel: she seems very loving and caring, like that kind of mature girl that is kinda motherly to all her friends, you just have to smile everytime you talk to her, very warm personality

Music Mania: She loves sports and music, and listening to music while doing sports, also best waifu because Tomboy. (i dont need to say anything else)

Cuckoo Casino: Her smile feels kinda forced, she has to deal with many types of people and feels forced to smile to each and every one of them no matter how nasty they can get, but i feel like if you gave her time she would open up and tell you about how much she hates the people that come to the casino.

I haven't saw the bosses yet, ill get there when i get there, possibly in the next month pool to chose the best of the best, but if they are like the first one i bet they must be really easy to understand and a headache to beat, it will be glorious to beat them all, also i think is super cute how Mumba falls asleep if you leave him enough time, that is something that reminded me very much of old games like Mario World, very nice detail.
Now, did i seriously just speedran this game for the waifus? YES I DID, AND I REGRET NOTHING

DUDEEEEEEEEE, i LOVE THIS SHIT.
i cant thank enough the creators from DiskRoom fro allowing so much creative people turn their concept into something new and this is by far the best and most creative one of all.
i cant really express it into words, but being static and having a means to defend yourself from the disk really takes a weight out of my back.
im such a state that i cant really put into words, but it was fun, the graphics, the mechanic, Overboy is kinda dorable i want a plushie of him but also i want to cosplay him, the shining bat of disk destruction is really fun to swing, the pistol is kinda hard to aim but i gor used to it after a while, the music really fills you with determination to keep going, and BASS is so low i can feel the reverberations in my BONES, the only think i didnt likes was to have to murder a puppy, or simply allowing it to happen, that made me feel bad, but still.
oh and that "OVERBOY" voice was magestic, i cant describe how good it feels to hear that over and over again each time you lose, it made it worth it and never frustating.
i would like to change back to my bat once i go on, but that i know its impossible since its a main mechanic (or maybe get a sowrd or a spear that, like the gun, only hits directly and not in a area)
had a lot of fun, everything works nicely, i feel like playing again and again.

From the minute, from the second, FROM THE MICROINSTANT I READ WHEEL, i kmnew this was gonna be great.
i dont know how, but this concept of avoid this spinny wheels of death can give SO MUCH GAMEPLAY, i had a lot of trouble playing myself since my freaking mouse likes to scroll 100 pages from any type of contact with its wheel, but i had fun trying, its a great game and the art design is amazing, very cartoony and violent, always a winner mix.

DUDE, this is the fucking Dark souls of the Newground side scrolling games!!!
no but seriously this was super fun to play, at first i had problems controling the mouse (HA!) but once i got more or less how it went it was super fun and really difficult.
i learned to reconize the patterns of the Sheriff and when to jump exactly to land my hits prefectly, double jumping everywhere to get the vampyr down and more or less how to avoid the cvat (altough i havent beated him yet) then i learned that i cant just press down X to shoot all the time (then i felt like an imb...) The musci and graphic design are super GOOD
the shape language of the bosses is really well though and the pixelated graphics are so CUTE, i want to hug that little rat and having to use profile pics to roll around is the best thing, specially the joker one.The music is very fun to listen, super good and really gives a better feel to play (all souls games distinguish themselves by having great music in the bosses hahahaha)
Super good, very challenging, never unfair, great at sound and graphics, 10/10, i felt victorious when i won

Houston, we have a problem, i try to get out of the hive but it sends me back to the start screen, it reoad the entire game.
ill try to play more and see if i can actually play, but its something i need to mention now for future reference
Edit: okay, i think i solved it, first i had to go to the honeycomb place and then i could walk outside without problems.
This is an entretaining game to be honest, it was very relaxing to play, the controls feels smoth and the art direction is cute, really great work there.
now i know this is a demo but i still got some problems, as @ThatPotatoDude mentioned, the flowers sometimes dont want to stop glowing, you have to collide with them more than once before they stop glowing, and maybe the glowing efect is too soft or the natural glow of the flowers is too much but i had problems at first distinguishing cllected flowers from normal ones.
the music sometimes loops in weird ways and others it just downright stops, but the music was very cute when it presented no problems.
other than that, again, this was a very enjoyable experience, i bet when its fully reñeased it will be an amaing game to spend time playing and relaxing with.
